Refund & Exchange Policy
We do NOT accept products for refund if you have changed your mind.
Goods delivered shall be deemed to have been accepted 14 days from the date of delivery. If a product is damaged we will happily replace it for you and we require that you contact us by email, phone or in writing within 24 hours of having received your goods.  Once we ascertain the fault is due to damage during freight we'll happily refund the total order price, including delivery charges. If we are sending out another product instead of providing a refund, we'll also pay for the shipping of the replacement product.

Delivery method:
We deliver Australia wide and use Australia Post.
Customers can expect their products to arrive within 5-10 days of an order being placed.  However, due to the nature of collectables, some orders may be placed on backorder with the products delivered upon launch.
Order above $300 is FREE of shipping fee
Orders under $300 will be charged $10 for shipping.
